I really don't have a clue if this is real protein or not as it is so light that when we add water, it dissolves instantly, even before shaking or stirring. [ON WHEY would require shaking for at least 2 mins for the protein to dissolve]. Unflavored tastes just like milk powder. I believe this is only for beginners as we don't get a feel of taking protein if you have tried MUSCLEBLAZE or ON brands. If you have a budget, always go with Optimum Nutrition brand.
