Muscleblaze creatine monohydrate how to use : 

Loading Phase (5-7 Days): Take 3g of Creatine powder and mix it with 200ml of water or a beverage of your choice. Consume this mixture four times a day for 5-7 days.

Maintenance Phase (21 Days): Take 3g of Creatine powder with 200ml of water or a non-acidic beverage once a day, preferably after your workout.

During the loading phase, drink plenty of water (4-5 liters) to aid creatine uptake.

How to Use Muscleblaze creatine monohydrate, 100g : 

To prepare a serving, add 3g of MB Creatine Monohydrate powder to 250-300ml of chilled water and shake for 30-40 seconds until properly dispersed. Avoid mixing with milk.
