Shipping Policy

This document sets out the Shipping Policy that shall apply to you (“You” or “Your” or “User”), as the user of the website https://hyugalife.com (“Website”), and/or the mobile application called HyugaLife, (collectively, “Platform”) which is owned and operated by Hyuga Ecommerce Ventures Private Limited (“We” or “Us” or “Company”), a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at B, Todi Industrial Estate, Sun Mill Compound, Lower Parel, Delisle Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400013. This Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, is to be read along with the Terms of Use as available on the Website.

 

DELIVERY

Once we process your order, dispatch of goods will be initiated through courier, postal or other means of transport as deemed fit, through our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners may make up to 3 [three] attempts to deliver the Products. If the premises are locked or if the nominated recipients are not available, it will be treated as undeliverable and the courier will initiate return of Products to Company. In case of such multiple delivery failures, we will consider the Order as cancelled.

  1. What are the shipping options for my order?

We currently offer only one shipping option.

  1. How much does shipping cost?

For Orders at or above Rs., there will be no shipping cost. For Orders below Rs., there will be a nominal shipping fee of Rs. (including GST). Shipping costs shall be calculated automatically at the checkout page.

  1. What is the estimated delivery time?

Your Products are expected to be delivered within 3-10 business days (depending on the location) after the Products have been dispatched and picked up by our delivery partner. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. The estimated delivery time will be provided on the Product page.

  1. How are Products packaged?

Products shall be packed in boxes, paper bags and/or bubble wraps. However, in case of select Products where additional packaging is required to secure the Product from transit damage, additional packaging may be added.

  1. Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you shall receive an email/SMS on the registered email id/ number provided by you at the time of registration, with the tracking number and courier company that is processing your order. You can also track your parcel here.

  1. How do I check the current status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by visiting the “My Orders” section and viewing your specific order.

  1. Do you ship to international locations?

We currently ship only within India and do not ship to any international location.

  1. Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

Currently, we don’t allow change of address after an order is placed.
